Continence is the retention of semen within the body through avoidance of ejaculation during sexual contact. During Sexual Intercourse, the man has two options. He may gradually climb the ladder of sexual excitement to reach its peak and point of no return that culminates in orgasmic ejaculation.
This is the procreative union in which the man chooses to exceed the limits of voluntary control and tumble into the irreversible stages that produce a physical climax and the emission of semen.
